Our Painting Process

When you first contact us for a condo painting project, we'll schedule an appointment to see the building and discuss the work with you. We'll help you identify the right colors and paints for the job. For interior work, we exclusively use low-pollution, zero-VOC paints that dry quickly without headache-inducing fumes.

Once we've sorted out all the details of the project, we'll start the prep-work. This prep includes working with the concierge and condominium board, making parking arrangements, and sequencing the job for minimum disruption to you.

On the first day of the project, we'll protect floors and property with dust-proof drop-cloths and move any heavy furniture out of the way. We pride ourselves on working neatly while causing as little disruption to residents as possible. 

If we're painting the condo’s exterior, we'll also make sure that all property on the premises is adequately protected during the job. 

Finally, once we've finished and everything is back in place, we'll arrange a walkthrough to make sure that you're 100% satisfied with the work. Only then will we call the job complete and leave you to enjoy your freshly painted, better-looking condominium.
